Job Summary:The Skills Specialist, under the supervision of a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) is responsible for providing and maintaining a safe, healthy and therapeutic environment for clients that supports positive emotional, education, employment, and community resources development and growth.
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in behavioral sciences field, or a combination of at least three (3) year’s work, education, training or experience;
Has the competencies necessary to:
Communicate effectively.
Understand mental health assessment, treatment and service terminology and to apply the concepts.
Provide psychosocial skills development.
Implement interventions prescribed on a treatment plan.
Certified Drug and Alcohol Treatment preferred.
Valid Oregon/Washington driver’s license.
Teacher Counselor
Job Title:Teacher Counselor
Status:FT, PT, On-call

Job Summary:This position is responsible for providing and maintaining a safe, healthy and therapeutic environment for clients that supports the development of positive emotional growth for the children ages 8 through 18 years. Teacher Counselors lead activities, provide counseling, assist with daily living tasks, and implement our positive behavior support plan as directed by the treatment team.
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology or related field preferred.
Valid Oregon/Washington driver’s license.
Two (2) years experience in a hospital or acute care treatment setting preferred. Childcare
worker/youth counselor experience, other educational, professional or culturally relevant experience may be considered.
Medical Director
Job Title:Medical Director
Status:Part-time
Degree Preferred:M.D.

Job Summary:The Medical Director provides clinical leadership and expertise within the interdisciplinary team to improve client care throught the treatment programs. This position will also carry a caseload of ten.
Minimum Qualifications:1.Current medical license in the State of Oregon and in good standing with the Medical Board.
2. Credentialed for scope of practice.
3. Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice.
4. Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
